Ingredients

  • 1/2 Large sweet onion

  • 1 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cut the onion to get your rings, pushing lightly to separate any that may be tight.
  • Get out 3 bowls or shallow plastic container, add and whisk eggs into one, pour the flour into the second, and mix the bread crumbs and seasonings to the third.
  • One ring at a time, coat the rings in flour, use a fork to life and shake off the excess. Now add your ring to the egg mixture and swirl gently to coat.
